Characteristic damage: circular pock-marks on the UPPER surfaces (roof > bonnet > boot) and NOT on vertical panels — if the dents are all on vertical doors / fenders, be suspicious. Ask the garage to tape-mark each dent on the panel for photo count. Depreciation on paint and the roof panel applies as per age; the per-panel labour cap is a common dispute — go line-by-line.
