The Zero‑Commercial‑Use Pledge

Digitaliiisla Technologies Private Limited pledges — contractually, publicly, and in perpetuity — to every surveyor, every insurer and every data principal whose information passes through DigiSurvey:

1. We will NEVER sell, licence, share, syndicate, broker, publish or otherwise transfer your survey data to any third party for any commercial purpose. Not for insurer panels, not for OEMs, not for repair-estimate aggregators, not for data brokers, not for anyone.
2. We will NEVER aggregate, anonymise, de-identify or model your data to create derivative products that we sell to insurers, dealers, OEMs, re-insurers or any third party. “Anonymised” is not a loophole for us.
3. We will NEVER use your claim images, OCR data, assessment figures or any survey content to train general-purpose AI models beyond what is strictly necessary to improve the OCR for your own account — and even that is opt-out at your election.
4. Any violation of this pledge is grounds for immediate termination of our Data Processing Agreement, full refund of fees paid during the breach period, and liquidated damages of ₹25,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Lakhs) per incident. The MSA liability cap does not apply to a wilful breach of this pledge.
