Surveyor's verdict / key conditions सर्वेयर की जाँच
Check (i) permit validity on DOL, (ii) the trip was a bona-fide contract (hire paper / booking slip / group identity available), (iii) the vehicle did not carry individual fare-paying passengers (that would convert it to an un-permitted stage carriage), (iv) seat count on the permit matches the actual occupancy. Any violation of the contract-carriage nature can be a "Limitations as to Use" breach for the OD claim.
