Surveyor's verdict / key conditions सर्वेयर की जाँच
Intimation must usually reach the insurer within 48–72 HOURS of the incident. If a water-logged engine was RE-STARTED / cranked, the consequential (hydrostatic) damage is NOT payable. Confirm timely intimation and that the engine was not started after water ingress.
घटना के 48–72 घंटे के अंदर बीमा कंपनी को सूचना (intimation) ज़रूरी है। अगर पानी में डूबा इंजन दोबारा स्टार्ट/क्रैंक किया गया, तो उससे हुआ नुकसान देय नहीं। समय पर intimation और यह पक्का करें कि पानी घुसने के बाद इंजन स्टार्ट न हुआ हो।
