Why we exist
Motor-insurance survey work in India has always been paper- and photo-heavy, done against the clock between the site, the garage and the insurer. The tools surveyors actually had — a basic camera, a notebook, a template Word doc — hadn't caught up with how fast claims move today. We started Digitaliiisla to fix that from the field up: a product designed by someone who has done surveys, for everyone else doing them.
DigiSurvey is our flagship product. It captures GPS- and time-stamped photos on site (even offline), reads RC / DL / policy / estimate pages with AI, and assembles every report format a surveyor needs — Spot, Final, Pre-Inspection, Total Loss, Reinspection, Delivery Order, Invoice — on your own letterhead, ready to deliver. Digitaliiisla Technologies Private Limited is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. The company is a separate legal entity, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs holding its filings on the public record. The documents below are also available on the MCA portal using CIN U62011RJ2026PTC119030. Insurance companies, banks and enterprise clients requiring these for KYC or empanelment can download them directly.

How we build
Digitaliiisla runs lean. The site is served from Cloudflare Workers at the edge; the database is on Supabase (Postgres, Mumbai region); files live in Cloudflare R2 and are mirrored nightly to Backblaze B2 for disaster recovery; transactional email ships through Resend; payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant Indian gateway. We don't take on infrastructure debt that we can't maintain — the whole stack is deliberately small so we can ship fixes the same day a surveyor flags something.
The product has a public changelog. New report formats are built on request. If something you need is missing, write to us — the roadmap belongs to the surveyors using DigiSurvey.
